US Logistics Solutions (USLS), a national logistics company, needed a modern brand and scalable marketing system to support rapid growth and reflect its operational excellence. I led a full-scale brand refresh, including updated visual identity, refined messaging, and the creation of a suite of marketing and internal communications tools.
The initiative began with a strategic brand audit and competitive analysis to identify key positioning opportunities. I refined the logo and developed a bold, modular visual system, incorporating strong typography, a performance-driven color palette, and design elements optimized for use across digital, print, and fleet assets.
To humanize and unify the brand internally, I developed a nationally distributed employee magazine that showcases company culture, leadership updates, and frontline success stories. This quarterly piece supports employee engagement and reinforces brand values at every level of the organization.
On the external side, I simplified complex logistics language into clear, benefit-driven messaging. From a new brand tagline to revised web copy and sales materials, every touchpoint was crafted to communicate scale, reliability, and partnership.
Deliverables included a full brand guide, sales enablement tools, recruiting templates, and an editorial roadmap for the employee magazine. Together, these tools helped position USLS as a high-performance logistics partner and employer of choice—ready to grow and evolve with confidence.
